Q: Where can I buy the cards?
A: You can buy your Bingo Cards from the kiosks up to the 5 pm of day of the show or by calling up to 10 minutes before the beginning of each draw in the following telephone numbers:

• 900-88-910 for 3 cards, 1 from each color

• 900-88-911 for 3 green cards
• 900-88-912 for 3 yellow cards
• 900-88-913 for 3 blue cards

Q: How much does a card cost?
A: A card costs £1 only when they are purchased from a kiosk. Telephone cost is listed above.

Q: How can I know if I won?
A: When your card supplements the 15 numbers, so you are the Bingo winner. You can also win smaller prizes if you have supplemented 13 or 14 numbers in any of your cards. You can see the numbers that have been drawn in the web page of Super Bingo (www.superbingo.com.cy), immediately afterwards the draw.
If you have bought your cards from your telephone you will immediately receive an sms message informing you that you are the winner.
If you have bought your cards from the Internet with your credit card you will immediately receive an email informing you that you are the winner.
All numbers drawn during the event are available to the Teletext service of CyBC page 164. Pages 171 and 175 also display results of the two previous Super Bingo Event Draws. Finally, the numbers drawn are published in newspapers and are available in kiosks, within 2 days from the draw.

Q: What should I do in order to claim my prize?
A: If you have won more than 100 CYP and you have bought the Bingo card(s) form a kiosks, then you are required to present the winning card at CyBC along with your Political Identity card in order to collect your prize. In case you have bought the Bingo card form your phone and you have won more than 100 CYP you should followed the above-mentioned procedure, presenting additionally your last telephone bill of the telephone line used to purchase the M-Bingo Cards. In case you have bought the Bingo card using the Internet via CC-Bingo service, and you are supplemented of 15 numbers (Bingo Prize) you are required to present a bank account statement of your credit card, used to purchase CC-Bingo card and your political identity. If 13 or 14 numbers are supplemented, the prize will be credit to your credit card account, the next 5 working days from the show. If you have won less than 100 CYP, then you can collect your prizes by visiting one of the kiosks, 2 days after the show. You are required to present the winning card (or the SMS), your political identity card and, in the case where you have used M-bingo services, a previous account of the telephone line from which the call took place in order to collect your prize.

Q: I have won less than 100 CYP. Where can I claim my prize?
A: If you have won less than 100 CYP, then you can collect your prizes by visiting one of the kiosks, 2 days after the show. You can also find these kiosks by visiting Teletext of CyBC pages 167-170. If you still have questions on kiosks locations you can call at 22 711109.

Q: When do the draws take place?
A: The draws take place live each Monday evening from 21:00 until the 23:00 by CyBC TV Channel 1. The three colours that are drawn each Monday are GREEN, YELLOW and BLUE. In each card you can also see the date of draw.
